back lit reel

working on 5 reel  r board  s2000   I have one light lit on every reel but reel  4 if I move reel 4 it stays the same nothing lit,  these other four reels stay lit on only 1  spot of the 3  , when you hit the right lights come on  , in test all lights flash but those 4 stay on , swapped out cable, small board on side of cpu, reel light board  behind reels, power supply

what makes it worse  the box of blubs were mixed when we bought them 6 were 555 that was what was wrong
