Paid gig for virtual/remote service on IGT S2000 slot machine

Hey, total amateur here looking for someone to help with a slot machine issue.  Paid gig, virtual/remote work.  I have a IGT S2000 Machine with Tiki Beach (free games) theme.  Was working fine and I was keeping the machine powered on 24hrs a day as instructed until I mistakenly unplugged it.  It has not come back since.  I’ve tried a few things, but need a pro to help me troubleshoot.  Will pay $50 via Venmo the moment we connect on zoom and then $75 on top of that after 1hr (or whenever issue is solved, whichever comes first).  After that first hour, if not solved, I will re-evaluate and decide if more paid sessions are the right move.  Happy to provide more details via email to those who are fit for the role.  Picture here is from when it was working.  Thanks! Early troubleshooting is easy. No power? Confirm there is electricity getting to the main PS behind the reels, if not then the problem is in the silver distribution box where the cord plugs in, in the bottom back of the machine. No power out of the main power supply? Burnt connectors, or bad power supply. If there is power, is the logic blinking red? The logic board has gone bad(short description). Blinking yellow may be a software issue, reseat chips and go from there.

The 300w main power supply behind the reels is likely the culprit. The restarting circuit in them fails fairly often and thus they can run fine until unplugged. They are easily replaceable by most users.

Yes, I'm getting power inside (most lights seem OK), but the logic is blinking red (and simultaneously, there is one blinking yellow).  No computer activity in the front display window UI AT ALL.  Turns on and all lights on the logic go yellow except for the one yellow and one red blinking (and clicking) in tandem.

I have a reset chip, but that doesn't seem to do any good since I cannot get into the operating system to activate it.  At least, that is my amateur interpretation.  Any other advise you can give?  I'm happy to pay $50 for an initial one-on-one video call consult (30 min or less) and then if that call yields potential direction to move forward, happy to figure out a rate for going forward as well.

I think your best bet is to move this topic to s 2000 reels and post your problem with the machine.

I figured it out!  The one battery that is soldered to the board went bad.  Replaced that, then cleared the RAM and boom!  Thanks to those of you who tried to help!
