hi, would you know if their is a difference between "crystal core" (Australian i think) family20 and the regular family 20 games, probably depends on OS? i know my eKey7 works, cause my "crystal core" machine has a different Diagnostics key, has six games currently, i pretty sure you can add more.

I don't see why you could not add more games to the machine.  What OS and Ascent is currently installed?
