S2000 Main Door Will not show as OPEN

I booted my s2000 today and something really weird is going on  -  When I open the door it doesn't register that the door is open.


I played with the cherry switch above the optics but nothing.   


What's going on here?  I cant clear any error or get into the settings.

hi there is your game in the middle of a game or is there a bright light hitting the optics when you open your door if in the sun light it can show a door closer until you get it out of the bright light or unplug your door optic and see if you get a door open .

I swapped out the MPU with my reel touch and the machine doesn't have the issue. 


So my mpu must have gone bad.

Did you check for battery corrosion around the area where the green battery is/was?

Wow, that would be different. Having trace bad showing door closed. We are all used to door open M. Anything can happen with these things. Keeps us on our toe's
