VISION Bill validator Jam error

Ok I cannot figure out what is going bad..

When I turn my vision on the bv cycles,
VFD shows everything normal. msapp verify all that good stuff then goes to
 

"Call Attendant"
Door Open M
Bill Validator Jam

ALL I have to do it open and close the MAIN door and it clears.  Don't even have to touch the BV

Where is this coming from. I have cleaned the Bv, WBA 12 flash

504b no varta of course just started happening

I really don't want to replace the BV if I don't have to because I do not use currency. That's why it still has the WBA 12 in it

Closing this topic. Replacing the BV fixed everything.
