WMS BB2/BB3 5V LED. No Video

Hello Members,

I have a B2 that I recently switched out power supply harness and converted it to a BB3 NXT3 and I am not getting a video signal to either of the 2 monitors. I do get a flash on power up/down.  Also and I think this is probably the main cause, I am not getting a 5V led on the power distribution/backplane board.  I have tried to remove every connector on the board in hopes of isolating it but no luck.  It appears that the “isolated 5V input” comes from a small harnes “Y” type that goes to the power supply.  Is there a 5V fuse somewhere or a rest I am missing?   At a lose.
