Questions about sas.
« on: September 06, 2021, 11:41:31 am »
I am building some test station for my 500 board repair and im hoping i can use sas to make my job easier. What I would love to do if it’s possible is interface using a pic micro esp32 or Arduino to the machine using sas have it monitor if the machine has credits if not i want to give a legacy bonus. It would also be nice if it can read if the machine is waiting for hand pay that way i can trigger my board to hit the key switch if a large pay is hit while testing.

My ArduinoTITOPlayerTracking project implements most of the SAS protocol you are looking for - maybe it can help you: https://github.com/marcrdavis/ArduinoTITO-PlayerTracking
