Bally S5500 coin validator error 22

I have Bally S5500 reel slot machine. It is not giving any credits when inserting a coin. It gives odd sound and after that there is error 22 in the led display. I tried to give test credits when the door is open and that works fine (from the white small button in the opto board and also from the pseudo coin switch).
I make also coin validator test and it gives error OA 1 there.

Is there a problem with my opto board (I cleaned it without any result). When I put coin in the yellow led blinks when the coin passes the optos, but then comes 22 error everytime. So there is some problem now...

Any idea how to go further?

Have you cleaned the small plastic prism on the optics bracket backside? Clean with water and a cloth only. Pay attention to the orientation of how it is mounted.

Does it have the proper size coin guide?  If so do you have another optics board?

22 error is coin detected during reel spin. Possibility coin optics issue.
