New member needs IGT Game King help/key card

Hello. My name is Mike. I live in Redding in Northern California. I own in IGT game king for
My home poker room and I just reset the battery. I’m sorry I don’t one know the exact version and I can’t seem to post pictures here. Anyways. I’m new here and long story short every time I hit “cash out” I have to reset the whole machine because my printer is not enabled. It is a hopper-less machine. I’m curious as to where I can find a key card (for which I’ve read here solves this problem) and im wondering how easy such key yard is said to use? Any help is appreciated thank you. I can text some pictures my number is 1-530-921-15zero2 but it says they are too large to post here. I have a home game
Planned this weekend for my birthday. Hoping I can fix it prior or at least get the ball going. Thank you.

You can just turn the jackpot reset key?  When you say reset the whole machine, what exactly do you mean?

I turn the jackpot key and hit the test button on the processor tray for 3 seconds at the same time. This reboots the entire machine. I get the error as soon as I hit “cash out”

You need a keychip for it to disable the hopper and enable the ticket printer.  Contact member RB, he can get you the proper keychip for it.

You got it.  Attachments including photos have to be less than 1MB to post.  Eats your message too if it is too large :banghead:  The pic will allow him to get your the proper Keychip for your MPU/software.

Look here. KEY00040 is a clear and key replacement for KEY00022. KEY00037 is replacement for KEY00017 (key only).
