Best adhesive and technique to repair replace cabinet laminate

Picked up an S2000 round top with a fan at the apex. The arc of the top and slots cut into it for the fan have caused it to crack and pull up. Ill likely need to use a popsicle stick or syringe to apply the adhesive. What do the seasoned professionals on here use the glue down or even install new laminate panels (I also have an S+ that needs a new side panel)?

3M makes an adhesive specifically for laminates but it is designed for new installation. Repairing cracked laminate is a different story, the laminate is specifically designed to reject things sticking to it, thats why it is used on counter tops. In your situation it looks like the curvature will constantly be pulling up on it. I wonder if a cabinet shop can replicate that piece so you can do a clean installation. Thats who I would start with. It will be interesting to hear from others who have had to do laminate repair/replacement.

Laminate separation on machines is pretty common especially if they have been stored in a warehouse type location. Its a very easy fix, I use the following type adhesive. Just follow the directions on the can.

Basically you separate the laminate (Gently and careful) then adjust the spray nozzle for the type spray you want, spray both surfaces with adhesive, put something in between the two surfaces while the adhesive is setting, once set ,about 2 minutes, press the two together. Finished.   just a note,  make sure when you press together that is where you want the pieces to be, because once together, you may not get them apart.

Because of the curve, you might need some cheap ratcheting webbing clamps around the whole machine to get that top to stay down once you get the contact cement in..
