All it takes is 2 people wanting it. Wish I could have got the ownership paper with mine. Was lucky to even get it. IGT tried to claim it was stolen and wanted it back.

I was working at IGT in Casino services when this theme rolled out...the material that the topper first run was made from wasn't able to handle the lights shining on it....it weakened the material and her head dropped on her chest....yeah the comments were hysterical from my fellow techs....Engineering had to get an emergency second run of toppers done and the lights were replaced to a lower wattage....so she wasn't sleeping on her pillows  :rotfl:
