Aristocrat Set Chip Questions

Hi everyone, I have a few questions. I have primarily worked on IGT games my entire career so I am familiar with their set chips and applications. I am fairly new to configuring ATI games. Is there a way to tell what ATI set chips are required for particular ATI games? If you have a higher number set chip is it applicable to older programs at all?  More specifically will a 7.02.65.02 set chip work in a game that calls for 7.02.55.01 or do you have to stick with that specific set chip? (which I do not have) It generated a juristical setting error when I tried it.

They are backward compatible.The OS can be a lower number than the setchip.
