S2000 won't boot up

Picked up a non working S2000 with a 1270 board yesterday and installed a good working power supply & a good working 1270 board. I did not get any LEDs on the 1270 when I turned the power on so I was thinking a bad backplane board perhaps but before I went through the trouble of taking this one out & installing another one I checked both of the 15A fuses at the bottom of the backplane & found one of them was bad, I replaced it and now when I power the machine up the LEDs on the 1270 just Flicker and the printer LEDs Flicker too. I'm guessing I just need to replace the backplane now unless someone may know something else to check.

One thing for sure, you need to find out what made that fuse blow.

I've had similar problems before and found it best to start disconnecting things (BV, Printer, Lights, etc) until you isolate the problem area.  The last one I had was a loose wire behind BV that would touch case from time to time.
