IGT Video Poker Interface Board

I have what I believe is a Fortune 1 Draw Poker machine that needs a new interface board.  Included are pics of the machine and the interface board thats needed to use for identifying the machine.

Unfortunately one of the blue rectangular pieces was found down by the hopper.  There is nothing to solder back on to try to save it.  I believe its a relay?  There is also evidence of it getting hot on the backside area where the letter D is on the front picture where the pins for the connector solder in.  Its a friends machine and he bought it this way so no sure why that area would have gotten hot.

The first picture shows an image on the screen ..... looks like its starting up ?? or perhaps thats an older picture.

Is it taking coins and playing correctly ?

It would accept quarters but it would take 5 to auto deal the cards.  There is no holding or other buttons that work on the deck.  Now that the board is out of the machine it will do nothing but display the attract screen.

The pins on the micro relay probably broke off, should be fixable. If you don’t solder or know how to fix burned traces Im sure K-Lar or a tech at NLG can fix that up. You must be very careful  (I cannot say “very “ enough) pulling those wire sockets off the board. The pins are micro and bend easily. Go slow and rock gently. There are other issues that can cause problems on the main board, it might be worth sending both in. These are nice games to play, worth the investment IMO. I have a Blackjack F1 and it works great after sending to K-Lar.

Thank you Chris.  Alan with KLAR has the interface board which is excellent!  I think he even has a board set for a Fortune 2 I have.  Good contact!
