Double top dollar repair

I have a double top dollar square top turns on lights up but not working I’m in Bensalem PA anyone that comes out to do repairs

A few questions...
Did it work before?
When it turns on now, do you get any error codes in the display?
Please post one photo of the machine, turned on.

Have you tried turning the jackpot key on the side of the machine? You should turn that I think 3 times and then it should ask you to push the test switch on the MPU. That’s the little white button inside the machine thats pointed out in my photo.

Edit: Yeah I forgot machine type mismatch is set with a key chip. Follow the instructions from RB below, he knows what he’s taking about. And it’s super simple, you’ll be glad you didn’t bring in a repair man. Key chip is cheap if you don’t have one and you should have a jackpot key as well. You’ll need it. Make sure to post that picture of the MPU. That helps solve problems way faster.

Machine type mismatch will require a key chip to correct and there may or may not be other issues once that is done. If you post a picture of the MPU clearly showing the chip numbers, someone with a trained eye can tell you if you have the correct software.
