Huh?  Wait.  I sort-of know Paltronics.   Got a boat load of stuff.  Mostly BSK100 and PAL193's  I think I can help here.
I've found the manual for the display and uploaded it to the files section.

This looks like it will take a lot of components to get working, it could be a fun project for you.   Depending how much work you want to put in to it.
I can probably help and get parts.  Happy to get rid of them.   Send me a PM if you decide to jump down this rabbit hole.   We can probably get it working but it is only a piece of a much larger system.  BSK was a total casino progressive system.   I love it.  Too bad I was like 10 years too late.
