Game identification // Help with Problems

I acquired a Draw 80 Poker game, and I can't find any info at all about it.

Here are some pics of the game / board. Any idea where I can get a manual for it?


Now for the problem:

I get the game over screen (see attached) as soon as I turn on the game. It does absolutely nothing after that. I hit the coin switch, and it does nothing.

Any ideas?

Did you see the manual in the NLG file system? The Sircoma manuals are under IGT because that is what Sircoma eventually became. There are a few specific parameters that must be met in order for the machine to get out of this state. Hopper weight and key reset.
I would follow those steps. There is also a legend on the diodes that give some troubleshooting guidance. Hopefully  someone who knows them well will jump in. In the meantime it sounds like there are a few things you can try.

I've tried the key reset (I don't have the key for it, but I hit the button inside that is wired in parallel with the switch) all it does is reboot the machine to the same state.

Still can't figure it out. The manual in the NLG File System doesn't really tell me much. Plus I don't think that manual is for this specific machine. The manual mentions separate I/O and CPU Boards. My machine only has 1 board.

I could also use the correct manual for this, if anybody has one.



As for the hopper weight, I don't see (visually) any mechanism that would check the weight. Any suggestions on where to look?

I just noticed there is a empty socket on the PCB.
Any idea what goes there? I'm thinking maybe another D4002 RAM Chip?
