IGT Triple Diamond

I have an IGT Model #B5033CFW Triple Diamond Slot Machine manufactured June 1996. Recently, upon powering up, all three reels spun continuously and  Error Code 42 appeared in the “Winner Paid” window. According to the Error Code Legend inside the machine, it is indicating a Reel 2 Tilt. There is a list of eight secondary error codes (0-7) noted, but none of these are displayed elsewhere on the front of the machine. I tried using what I believe is the Jackpot Reset key on the outside right hand side of the slot, but it had no effect on the constantly spinning reels either. Opened and closed the front of the machine several times while powered up and again, the wheels continue to spin. Does anyone have a suggestion for troubleshooting this problem? Thanks!

Power it up . When the reels start spinning continuously, open the door, keep it open. Turn the jackpot reset key and they will stop. Close the door and it will complete it's spin and be ready to play.

For future issues, you have an S plus, not an M slot. Model numbers are useless, unfortunately.
