IGT S-plus setting after clear for 5 times pay

Newbie help PLEASE. :-)

Have a 5 time pay for about 10 years... got a code 12 one day which I read was the battery replacement so if swapped out. After that got the 61 loop which. I order the clear chip as I read about but now my settings are wrong .... can you please help.

Takes 3rd coin and is only two line but spits in out after the play

Does not add credits it keeps kicking the quarters out after each play

Payout have changes after clear when I get a 5 times and two symbols no win is given. not sure about other setting .

Can you please help me with a how to and what setting s need to me changed back. Or links to help  I included a pic of my machine to help

Press the cash-credit button and light it up before you insert coins. Now wins should go to credit meter.
5x pay with 2 symbols is not a winner.

Depends on the SP version. Push test button until you get to 5_0 (or 2_0 then turn j/p key to get to 5_0).  Change 5_0 to 5_1 with spin button, or follow my other reply.
