I am looking for a WBA 12/13 ID 023 chip. V3.80-34. Thanks. Not sure if that version is available but the latest there is.

The latest version is version 3.75 for new $5's.

There is no such thing made.

If you are working on a S-2000 it will be ID024 with v3.80 (New NG $100)

If you are working on a S+/PE+ you need ID 022/23 and the newest "chip" available will be for the NG $10 v3.6x, or you can get a WBA-12 from select vendors that will accept the NG $5 but nothing made to accept the NG $100 in an S+

There is no JCM BV software made that works in both S+ and S-2000

Listen to Blueridge, he knows his stuff!  :yes:  I thought I had seen BVs with software labeled IDO23/24, but apparently they won't work in both machines. Sorry to have mislead you!  :sillyme: :facepalm:

Hey thanks for the knowledge update that's why I'm here. Nobody hurt no foul. I guess my next question is which is better updating an 11 or switching to a 12? I have a 12 but it is a flash and do I want to mess with that? I guess my question is... what would you do in my shoes? Which is the better option?.......... Just like me, always trying to buy a Unicorn :duh:

Get a 13 with the proper software and be done with it.  The 11 only take bills one way anyway.
