Any Idea why a top box on a bb2 would turn off during a bonus round?

I was able to change the game software on my BB2 from I love Lucy to Lord of The Rings. With I love Lucy almost every time a bonus round was hit the top monitor would go blank either at the start of the bonus round or halfway through and the entire game would freeze. I would then need to reboot and the machine would always come back to the bonus round and it would complete. But a major pain to have to reboot every time. I had hoped a RAM clear and change of games would resolve this but now it is doing the same thing with Lord of the Rings (about 50% of the time).

 Not really sure if this is a software issue or a hardware issue but any advice would be much appreciated.

Check to see what Gb memory card you have. If you have a 1gb you need to change it to a 2gb. Not enough memory will cause that.

that is probably the issue. Card is 512. Any recommendations of where to purchase something larger?

This is the 2Gb card you need. Place a WTB in the classified's. Someone will have one.

erbs said "card".    He meant "stick"..   Memory Stick.
Get the thing from iDesign, see if that helps.

Hello All. Am in need of some more help. I received my 2gb card from idesign (thank you). Install was very easy and I was careful to make sure it was seated correctly. But after turning on the machine I get a brief flash of "no signal input" on the bottom monitor and a steady flash of the same message on the top monitor. I do not think the issue is the new card because I tried putting the old one back in and am still having the same issue. Any idea what would cause this message and how I can rectify? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have another BB2 which works. The photo on the left is the working BB2 and on the right is the non working BB2 and when I look at the gold connectors at the bottom the working one it shows much less gold making me think it is pushed further in but I put a decent amount of pressure and it does not seem to go in any further on the non working BB2. Any thoughts/opinions?

Just a thought, swap ram from one to the other and see if that changes things.

Also, I can not tell from the pic but is the one on the bottom locked in like the one on the top.  You insert them on an angle and then push them into place locking them in

It does look to be locked in on the sides but definitely fools looser than the working one. I've tried both the old Ram as well as the new one and same and I am hesitant to unseat the working one. Not sure what else to do and I am guessing a RAM clear is not going to help?
