Will they operate on 120VAC/60Hz power too?  The power cord shown look like it's 240VAC/50 Hz used in Europe.

I would presume that the electronics (note the led screen) would work on DC power somewhere between  5-12v.
Even the motor is likely to be a step motor (for precision) like the ones used on S+/S2000 reels.

Subsequently the transformer in this likely just steps down AC voltage to DC and could easily be changed.

If your not into opening this up - I would also venture that the amperage is not that high so a Euro travel adapter (available at walmart) would work. These are less common these days as everything from a laptop to a iphone/usb charger is dual voltage these days but they can still be found.

I was going to make this comment earlier Jay.  You are spot on.  I'd be willing to bet everything you said is true about it having an AC to DC converter in the unit.  And yes, walmart (and amazon) still sell international travel adapters.
