I have a S2000 slot that is a Super Stars Bonus spin. Somehow my machine got cleared, nobody can figure out how, no clear key was used. We had to key 45 it and set it up, again. Before it cleared my tito free play was giving 100 credits when the service button was pressed. After the setup it only gives 10 credits when service button is pressed.
Does anyone have any idea what happened and how I can reset it to give at least 100 credits free play. Tickets work normally. Is tito settings related to accounting settings? I  think my accounting setting was $0.10 and when we reset we set for 0.01 by mistake.

Yes the bonusing is based on the accounting denom. If you did not clear it, the accounting denom should not be changed.

Unfortunately I think I changed the account dem to 0.01 instead of 0.10 in the reset process. Is 0.10 i need to increase the free play, do  I have to  change the accounting demo to 0.10 to get back to where I was for 100 credits? I am not good at resetting all with 224, it took me 2 hours with help from Sunrise Side to make the changes. We can't figure out what happened when I was changing SG 399 to sg 598 to allow to set the BL 100000 which it did allow.  No clear was used,, ready weird.. If I have to clear again, which I don't want to, can I  change to 500 credits? Do you think it is possible to reprogram tito unit ILO  Clearing machine??

RB I  did not clear the machine. I was changing out my 399 chips with 598 and some how the denomations got cleared. We have no idea how that happened but a clear key was not used just my key 45. I was working with Tim and we had to reset the machine. We never used a clear. Tim said he had never experienced that before. Guess I will have to live with the $10 credits, wanted to get back the $100 but seems to involved.

What is the accounting denom now?
If it is .01 changing it to .10 should give you back what you are looking for.  I believe RB wanted to say it should not have changed not that it shouldn't be changed.

More than likely it had to reformat the EEPROM when switching from the 399's to 598's which would essentially be the same thing as clearing it.  Perhaps some of the settings stayed intact (machine type) etc, but it obviously changed the accounting denomination value.  To change it again is a clear operation unfortunately, and involve changing more settings than the 399 to 598 swap did.

Thank you all for your comments. Tilt, I  think you are probably right because I did not clear the machine with a clear chip. I  asked Jim with Bettor and he said only two options, clear machine and reset account dem back to 0.10 or send Tito to him and he would flash it for 0.01.
