Anyone deal with Top Line Slots in Dayton, OH?

Hey all - I'm currently looking into possibly getting a G23 with Game King 8.3R software. I'm near Pittsburgh and found a site Top Line Slots that are located in Dayton, OH - I messaged them and they have a G23 with 8.3r for $3200 which includes them delivering it, setting it up, etc. Which I think is decent? I've seen other sites like OhioRiverSlots I think they're called, would be over $4000 with shipping and without a game stand. 

I'm just wondering if anyone's dealt with Top Line Slots before and if so how were they?

Thanks everyone! In talks with Chris and his team now - looks like I'll be eventually getting one and sellling my GK 6.4 locally. I've been trying to read up on all the things on how the AVP machines operate and stuff - after just getting used to my GK 6.4 machine. I know they are different. I guess the G23 ones have several boot chips / keys you need - including that E key which is hard to find I hear. Got a friend that will let me borrow his E-key for now.
