S-Plus 16mgz Double Diamond Deluxe Coin and Bill Issue

Fairly new to this hobby so please bear with me.  I have a Double Diamond Deluxe,  16mgz board, with the SP 1309 game chip and a SS4247 reel chip that has the nudge factor. The machine only accepts three quarters and applies them to 3 credits. The reel spin buttom plays all three credits at once.  I want the machine to accept current bills and apply them to credits.  It has a current bill validator WBA 13-SS with the chip IDO 22/23 V 3.75 s plus in it. I have a ram clear chip S+ and a bill validator on/off chip  but don't want to kill the machine without some expert help.  What should my next move be.  Thanks for your support.

When I put the dv chip in it tells me bad eprom .  Does this mean my Bill validator chip is bad. I replace the game chip and go thru the 61 and 61-1 sequence and all is back to normal but no bill validator.

Could be bad, could be too slow for your 16mhz MPU.  I can send you the correct set chip for SP1309. PM or email me if interested.
