G20 Boot Error

I have an IGT G20 with a 3.0 cpu with 2GB of memory.  I have installed GameKing 8.3R using BOC OS.  On bootup I keep getting the red screen shown in the pics.  Black screen shows the boot sequence.  I have tried changing out memory, PCI card, BIOS Chips, HD and still get this error.  Once I do a key flick machine boots fine.  Any Ideas??

Is this a bare bones GK installation or are any other games getting added?

Also, I would update it to 4GB of RAM.

It is a bare bones install.  I thought memory too.  Can you tell me what type of memory is needed.  Some slots are type specific.  thanks
