Game King not accepting coins or bills

Hi there.  I have a IGT slant top Game King/ Poker Machine.  Mfg. 07/98                           
Model # 96408200    w/o # 638730   S/N 908603                           
The top tower/candle lower yellow light is flashing rapidly.                            
The Bill validator works but is not excepting Bills and also it is not excepting Coins at all, they fall right through.                           
Everything else seems to be working except for some burnt out lights.                           
I need some guidance on what to do / troubleshoot.                           
If you have any ideas, or who to go to for troubleshooting tips I would highly appreciate it.

Best place to start is a few pictures of the outside and inside of your machine.  Model numbers don't really help us identify your machine.  Pictures have to be under 1MB in size to post so resize as necessary to get under that limit. 

Does your machine show any errors on the screen?
