S2000 battery change

Is it possible for someone to send in a board for a battery replacement on a S2000 and to set the options on a game that I have to his game options and return it to work in his game? Thanks. Bill.

Bill Sure it's possible. Keep the keyed board and the EEPROM together and have your customer install both MPU and the EEPROM. A lot of times your customer will get a BV CRC Missmatch but it will clear by opening and closing the main door a few times.

Sent the board back to the customer and now get a machine type mismatch. That's kind of what I was afraid of. Bill.

I have cleared this by opening the door turning the reset key 4 times until the display reads hold button 2-3 seconds ( hold a bit longer ) then will read close main door. Make sure the latch is all the way down. Has worked for me. Good luck

easy way is just  go to key chip 7.1 and find machine type  change setting  to right type of machines upright , unless it's a sit down
