S2000 Sound Issue

I have a S2000 Triple Diamond which I recently picked up that has a sound issue while the reels are spinning. It sounds like some feedback that best described as an electronic ticking as they spin. No hum or anything else when idle.

It has a 504 Rev B board which I’ve read is best for cleaning up sound issues. I have swapped around sound amp boards with another game and no change. I’ve also checked the cap on both sound amps with an ESR meter and they test good. MPU does not have a sound SIM board.

Not sure where to go next with this, any thoughts would be appreciated.

You need a MML2 sound board and a DSV0042 sound simm for enhanced sound.  This will end the ticking.
