Odd 8-liner/video poker question

I've recently been buying a lot of 8-liners, last week I picked up two cabinets for one person, and another video poker machine and 14 8-liner boards from another. Now this is where it gets odd to me, one of the two cabinets  ( which I was told was a video poker no game board in stalled) is wired with a 36 pin connector, no 10 pin, and the one of the boards I picked up is of the same configuration, I've been looking on line for a week and can not find a pinout of any such style. I am wondering if anyone has seen this, or can give me some info on this set up?
