IGT S+ Triple Double Diamond

I have an IGT S+ Triple Double Diamond that I have been trying to figure out. It had corroded boards from a leaking battery. I have replaced the boards (10mhz) and put in New chips (reel, Game and CMOS). when I power it up all lights work, reels are stiff as they should be, but I get a ding with the candle light flashing. Nothing else will work. I checked all fuses the display board is getting power as it should. If I hit the test switch, The spin reels lights up it will ding if i push it but nothing else. Any Ideas? maybe i got a bad MPU? or a bad game chip?

Have you confirmed your optics are good? Does your display go blank for a moment when you latch the door? Is your cashbox switch bypassed or at least latched/taped down?
