S plus door

I have a s plus im having trouble clearing 61-1
When i turn the machine on i have a 61 after changing the battery
Press the test button and get a 61-1 close the door and turn key nothing
Did it about 50 times nothing changed the door optic led and sensor removed the glas to see to aline
It acts like the door is open
I do see a cherry switch by optic but no wire
Going to it  looked for wires did not see any loose wires not sure where to go now something iis not
Telling the machine the door is closed
Any heip would be applied
Checked the key switch its good

The cherry switch is just a decoy.    It doesn't do anything.

When you close and latch the door, does the coin in window briefly blank and then go back to what it was showing originally?  If not your door optics are not working.

When i start the game i get 61 press white button and get 61-1 close the door watching the display and nothing happens move the luck up and down nothing happens i have replaced the two optic on the door
What should i try next  i have never seen this game play bought it with bad battery the machine thinks the door is open whats next

Sounds like either bad optics, incorrectly installed optics, or they are not lining up.

I took both optic from a working machine
Took glas out to aline
Led on case side and sensor on door
Dont know
Where are the optic controls
I would guess on main board

I jumped the loptic and cleared ther 61–
