wms 400 topcat still dead

replaced the boards, no good.  checked the power it is all there except for the ~5V, there is apparantly a sense circuit that has an ac input of 5VAC and the out put is nothing....but maybe it is supposed to be dead as all the power is there?  i have all the other voltages////the 5v sense circuit is an opto that outputs to a transistor that i think pulls down to give 5V?? but it is not energized.........any ideas?  also i have a couple of stampede machines in lockup i wonder if they have the same power supply? these have dotmation....??help!

Are all the LED's lit on he I/O board?

Yes all the leds are lit including a slow dash on the left one indicating an error. I verified all the voltages except the alt 5V is not there but I’m thinking it shouldn’t be

The far left LED should be off. If not you have a bad component on the large distribution board inside the power supply.  Most likely a cap. The smaller one.
