IGT AVP 3.0 No Game Enabled Error - E7 key not responding. HELP

I have been in contact with the supplier of the key and he is sending me another one out today.  Hope it was just a bad key.  we will see.   I will let this forum know what happens.  I really do appreciate all responses.  I love this board.  Thanks again everyone.

all doors are open C, F and M doors are open.  The Key has never been put into a computer.  The Door switch is open and still nothing happens.  Puzzling!  Here are some picks.

I don't know what you have inserted either but it's certainly not an ekey.

Agree, what you have pictured is not an ekey. I've attached what my ekey is vs the diagnostic drive which is on top. Looks like maybe you have some sort of diagnostic usb inserted and maybe it's corrupted. Ekeys run around $300 and can't be copied like diagnostic drives. A diagnostic key won't help with the no game error, you def need an ekey; but at this point you'd be better off starting fresh in which case upon boot you need both ekey and diagnostic key inserted, should boot to a menu to allow you to wipe drives + memory, basically like a recovery disk for a PC.
