Anyone with experience on flashing the firmware on a printer to work with a BB1

Is there anyone here with experience on flashing the firmware on a printer to work with a BB1?  I have a printer but it's got the wrong firmware on it.  The firmware is for a IGT, I have been given the firmware files for all slot makers but am not sure what I'll need besides the firmware and a computer to do the flash.  Not sure if there is a specific cable, emulator etc... needed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Oh BTW I do have TITO from Bettor for the machine, the bill acceptor works to accept tickets printed from my other WMS BB machine but I cannot print to this printer as it's not recognized.

Thank you for pointing that out.  The printer is an EPIC 950 by ithica.  I have the same printer in my BB2 that works but apparently that one has been flashed to work with WMS BB  the version that I found on the EPIC in the BB1 is for an IGT machine.
