S2000 Five Times Pay

I need to make room for another slot so I'm selling this machine. An S2000 Five Times Pay as shown complete with topper. It is setup for quarters. It has an MEI bill validator with TITO. It's in excellent running condition. the reel strips are in excellent condition with no fading or yellowing. I'm letting this machine go cheap.   $500

Please note that this machine has the early vision ready cabinet with hidden internal speakers. The speakers leave no room in the top box for a printer, nor is there room on the reel shelf. I had an external GEN 2 printer connected which I'm offering with the machine at no extra cost.

Where are you in Riverside?  My wife has a Double Red, White and Blue S2000 (or S+) that's down.  She really loves the machine, but I it has the Door Open MB error.  The Varta was damaged, but the board looks really good.  Removed the Varta and still have the issue.  I see some posts they pulled the (U16) chip, but I am not sure the 7551050 board has the same chip configuration and if there is a chip that still needs to be removed.  If not, I am looking at a new board.  I can't find a 7551050 and, through this site, think I need the 504B upgraded board?  That seems to be $300+ shipped.  $500 guaranteed working seems like a better idea, but I am not sure I can convince her to abandon the machine and then what do I do with it.  Anyway, I am in the San Diego area and would like to know how far I need to go.  Thanks,

If I were you, I'd either get that board repaired or keep shopping. $300 seems expensive. You need either a 75510502 or 75510504 board and you should be able to do better than that price. The 504 is a better choice if you are concerned about sound quality, but most of mine are 502 and I have no complaints. There should be a lot of 502 boards around.

U16 removal doesn't apply to your board. Its only for the 1270 enhanced board.

Thanks for the information.  I did find someone with a much more reasonable price on the board.  I'm going to give that a crack.  Either way, the wife is not convinced of my "skills" and would like for me to buy your machine if it is still for sale.  Worst case, she has one working machine.  When I, fingers crossed, prove her wrong, she will have two.  Please PM me your contact info and we can work out a time to come see and buy it.  I would PM you, but I am such a NOOB, I can't figure it out.
