New game change over

Good morning. I have a WMS BB1 machine and want to know if there is a way to see where all the settings currently are? EX Currently installed under the "setup menu".
Like to know what is the previous owners Game setup. Denom, Comm, Date, BV ETC. I would like to change the game over from Village People to Big cheese caper or Dean Martin. Just want to keep the same settings by writing them down or taking pics of each prior to, so I dont put the wrong or different settings in after a new game is installed. Any help appreciated.?

Take pictures of all the operator menu pages. If one wants to really be sure get the program and firmware versions too, that page will show the Bios and OS even if the cards/chips are defaced.
There is large cross-over compatibility in BB1's but not every game works with every bios/board combo. I'm not aware of too many jurisdiction based issues other than some validation restrictions, and low limits depending.

The Ram card and games I have were proven by previous owner. He installed them when he owned it. Just not sure how to get to the so called operator menu pages? Can I just hit the diagnostics button to get them or will that disturb the current settings?

Once you do initial setup, there's very little that the game will allow you to change as far as settings are concerned.  They are all locked up after the initial setup, so hitting the diagnostic button will not do anything destructive at all.  The only way to "destroy" any of the original setup is to perform a clear.

To add further, the only settings that are really important is the paytable selection (the payout percentage chosen), the game denomination, the accounting denomination, progressive settings (if any) and any SAS setting.  Some games let you select the max bet, but that is about it.  You may want to just study the many youtube videos showing the setup for a WMS game.  Once you do a couple, changing games becomes more a waiting game than the actual settings.  I think it takes me less than 40 seconds to tick all the settings on most games that do not require an external progressive controller.
