Bally V5000 washed out colors

My machine displays the cards in washed out colors (see pic). The screen is fine, but can’t seem to figure out why the cards look like this. My power supply went bad and when I replaced it this is what I’m getting. 5v power supply is rated to 12 amps, which I think should be more than sufficient. Second pic is the boot screen and colors seem fine there. Any ideas?

Fixed it by running a clear chip.

I found out that cleaning the Chips on my V5500 would resolve the issue.. KLAR told me that and it worked.
