Bally 1114 hopper

FYI:
On my Bally 1114, the machine when hitting a payout would  just stop in the middle. 
So I checked out the hopper, I found two switches that had a large gap. I reduce the gap on two and the problem is solved.

the quick check with power off is push the armature plate down onto the coil top and watch the switches.

you want to see the short blade deflect a little after the contacts touch.

ideally you'd like to see short blades above the long blade (SPDT or NC switch) deflect when you let the armature back up, but the only thing lifting the armature is the blade tension and a little spring, so there's less up force than down.
