The setup info is further down the source file e.g. Adonis (adonisu) is 5/10/25/50 credit multiplier, 20 lines, setchip 4.04.xx, variation can be either 99/1/2/3/4 from worst to best.
The next annoyance is the $1200 credit limit, but with the setchip games it can be somewhat bypassed by setting the jurisdiction outside the US e.g. Peru/Uruguay etc. - IIRC that lets you go up to $99999 and won't hand pay every single decent win the game give out unless you actually have $99999 in the machine. That said, I can't remember if they automatically cashout at a million credits (which is only $10000 on 1c) like NSW games.
Some of the games use DIP switches (just like an arcade game) instead of setchips, these are slightly easier to set up as they only have one variation per game but are stuck with the $1200 cap. The only use for a setchip here is to clear the memory if something goes wrong or you want to change the denomination or enable the double up etc.
