williams slot help

I am newer to this forum and looking for help on a slot i got, i collect/restore older arcades pre video type, and i came across this Williams Model 3MW-13 serial 12188 machine, inside it has coils and switches like my em games so i thought i would try to get it working? where could i find info on this game? it looks to me 70s maybe? I slide out the 3 units to clean inside and would like to know what direction to take next? is there a manual for these, if so where can i purchase one or ? i dont really know what the slot is called, name of it? so any help i thank you all..... its really cool retro look and i think i will look great with the older games i have in game room.

Ok so heres a few pictures, i slide out the units to see if there was any obvious issues, i see there are some open wires at top inside cabinet but i didnt see any other open wires on reel unit? i thought maybe these were for toppers? thanks for looking and any info where to start?

First we need to know a few things: does it power up? Will it accept a coin and release the handle?
If not, can you manually trip the handle and get the reels to spin? I added a photo of my Bally showing that lever... hoping Williams will be similar. Pull it forward and the handle should hopefully release to kick the reels.  I'm going to consult a couple of our Bally EM pros and see if they can chime in.

Ok great, the lights come on, and the 2 switches inside seem to shut them off, so it is getting power? if i put a coin in and also pull the little wire on coin unit, it clicks inside on the center unit? the handle will pull down but does not activate the reels, the reels are free i pulled on the opposite side alittle and they spun but never locked down to stop them? i push the little black button inside and the one of the stepper units moves but does not reset and really cant see what it does? The lever will pull  but if i move the stepper unit sometimes the handle locks? and i have to add a coin or move coil on stepper unit??

Here's where we need the others!
Bally EM's have a mechanic reel assembly mechanism. Can you tell if this one does, or if there's stepper motors adjacent to each reel?

I have a couple schematics for mid-1970's williams machines, but not processed yet so they are kinda big (400MB).

it looks like the wms games of that era had a control motor spinning the reels, and the handle had a switch that closed when pulled down to power a "spin relay".

how the reels latched into position isn't obvious from the schematic.

can you email highest possible resolution pictures to slotpics@cdyn.com or put on a cloud/file sharing site?  As many pictures of the insides of the machine as you'd care to take, but especially all sides, top and bottom of the reel mech.  If there's labels on stuff, try and get them in pictures, but take pics from far enough back that there's context and wire colors visible.  Generally close-ups aren't as useful if the pictures are very high resolution.

I'd expect there is an odds stepper unit in there keeping track of the number of coins played and an initial coin relay that trips when the first coin is played, but your initial goal should be to get the reels to spin.

ok heres a few more pics if you see the top section there are uncapped wires also? but i dont see any place they would have gone to?  the reels spin manually

pics aren't high enough resolution to see wire colors, but the various components like the variator motor, reels/control motor, spin relay are on schematics that I have.

however, none of the schem I have are for a 3 coin multiplier machine with a single payline.  I assume wms was the same as bally and common circuits stayed the same with the same wire colors on various machines.  Does your spin relay have red and yellow/red wires going to the coil terminals on the relay socket?

suggest looking at P-429B - P-436B - 3 of a kind williams schematic as it looks like a single payline.
