Bill validator not working in S plus

I have a DBV 200 bill validator it sounds like it’s working but will not light up the bezel. I have done a clear and set still nothing. Can anyone tell me how to fix this thing. Just got the machine and haven’t ever seen it working.

When you used the set chip, you set it to 91 to enable and set the denomination from 0 to your machine denomination?. If so have you looked in the menu to be sure the settings are correct? Could be a bad BV PS as well.
