BB1 18" to BB2 22" LCD Touchscreen Serial Cable

I am planning on upgrading my BB1 18" to BB2 22".  Does anyone make a serial cable adapter cable to facilitate this?

I ended up just changing the plug on one side of the BB1 cable.
