WTB 19" Gameking slant top CRT monitor

I am looking for a 19" CRT monitor for my slant top game king mine has heavy burn-in Thanks

You'd be better off looking for a LCD monitor for it.  Any CRT you find will probably be like the one you have with a lot of burn in or have other issues.  LCDs will cost you more, but it's worth it in my opinion.

You'll need to know how many monitor pins your machine is set up for two.  IGT made two for the Game Kings machines, a 19 pin and a 25 pin.  You'll need to remove the monitor and count the number of pin positions the connector has in it.  You have to count populated and empty pin holes to get the right number.

Depends on new or used.  Used probably $200 - $350 for a 19" slant top.  New, probably over $500.  Ceronix may be the only company with a compatible new one, but check around, there maybe others.  The good thing for slant tops is they don't get a lot of love due to their size and weight, so it may be easier to find a reasonably priced used LCD and bezel.
