IGT Light DIP Switches

I’m hoping to get more information about this IGT card in photo. There are 4 dip switches that I believe control the light around the top cabinet. Through my findings, if 1 is in ON and the rest of the DIP switches are off, it has a red light around the top cabinet.
If 1 and 4 are on, and the rest are off, the light cycles from red, green, blue and white.
No matter what color I select when the ekey is inserted into the machine under machine setup, it does not change the color. Even after I choose the game doesn’t control the light. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try pushing on the yellow Test buttons?

There is a flash on the board that controls the lighting around the top box during game play. To change "colors" it needs to be reflashed using laptop/CSV program and the specific flash file for the game. This is assuming the board is a later model and will accept a flash. That board needs a USB from it to the backplane, otherwise it has no way to communicate with the cabinet. Lastly, flash files are not compatible with all games. If the game and the flash on the board are not happy you will get a green/red screen. If that happens disconnect the usb from the board to the backplane and reboot. The dip switches are for testing, forced downloads, etc. Ultimately not helpful for game play.
