Half of crt screen black. Igt game king

Hi I have an old game king, I'm not sure of the model but it's an early 2000s model I think. The screen has slowly faded on the left half and now the left of the screen has gone completely dark. I have tried to mess with the video settings on top of the screen but did not work for the left half of the screen. Even worse when I open up the settings menu I can't see the options on the left of the screen. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or a possible remedy.

This sounds like a CRT issue, not a game issue. Can you the brand and model number of the CRT?

I'm thinking the same thing but I'm trying to figure out what goes wrong on the video circuit that causes half the horizontal view to display black.
Problem in the blanking circuit?
It's almost like the guns are not firing on that part of the cycle. Or is there a problem with the yoke?
We need a monitor tech to weigh in. I haven't seen this before.
I'm not dismissing the possibility of a problem with the game board. A TPG would be really handy in troubleshooting this.

Hi unfortunately all I can see is microtouch firmware v2.9 on the monitor. Does that help or will I need to pull out the monitor to see another model number. I have attached a picture of the monitor sticker on the front and a picture of the entire machiene closed. Thanks.
