Any bar does not pay
All played on 1 coin
When hopper is paying out it will go to tilt with plenty of coins in hopper
Machine has paid correct amount for all wins any combination of wins

I think you're in the wrong area.  Try posting in the "Bally Electromechanical" or ask a moderator to move this topic there.

looks like maybe a 1090 variant like a 1090-34.  If you can post the full model number from the plate below the handle (or a picture of it), that'll help.

if the plate is missing or obviously doesn't match the game, then what is the M-645-xxx number on the payout disc and what code is stamped into the slotted metal index disc on reel 1?

usually the payout disc wiring is very simple on the triple bar games.  If you pull the reel mech and put one ohmeter probe on grey wire 90 on reel 3 wiper board and put the other probe on blue/orange wire 27 on reel 1 wiper board when there is any non-777 winner, you should get zero ohms.

does a mixed bar pay with no 2-bars work?

the 100 tooth ratchet/gear on the payout counter unit has a missing tooth?

if you mean a missing tooth on the coin unit (the one that steps up each time you insert a coin), that's normal.  The unit is only capable of being in three positions - reset, step 1 and step 2 corresponding to 1-3 coins played.

that's where the other info I asked for comes in.  The game may be able to be identified with those numbers/codes, and there may also be the model number written in black marker on the reel wiper boards, the unit frames or the insert panel in the top compartment.

1091-28 would be a better bet, but it's not that either/anymore since the 1091 is a 3 line machine.

your game glass is a 3 coin multiplier ... which a 1090 is.

it's pretty common for the aftermarket to mix up pieces and rebuild machines to whatever a customer wanted.  It's not quite as easy as a game with a solid state processor as the reel wiring and possibly the slotted metal index discs needed to be changed in addition to the glass and reel tapes.

even without schematics, if the game is wired like bally norms checking resistance/continuity per post #2 should tell you something.  If it's not clear what to do, pull out the reel mech and take pictures from all sides, especially the reel wiper board wiring and the wiring attached to it at as best an angle as you can to see what rivets the game harness wires attach to.

if you really don't want to see what the M-645-xxx number on the payout disc and the codes stamped into the slotted metal index discs are, there's not much more I can add except you can find schematics on https://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/

I'd suggest you look at the 1090-34 since that is a triple bar machine.
