I think you are doing the admirable thing by trying not to disparage someone in which may be an honest mistake but if you tell us the sellers name there is plenty of people that are going to say "you have nothing to worry about xxxxx will take care of you" or "youve been had".  At least it will save you grief and aggravation.

I already have grief and aggravation over this. Ordered Sept 3, received a defective/wrong key Sept 13.  Been working on  a replacement since about the 15th with dozens of ebay messages to the seller.

 I want to see if the seller does walk the walk and finally follows through on his words. Like I said he has 100% excellent feedback on ebay...he is a great buyer. So far....Not such a great seller.  I'm sure he had to source another ekey 7 blah, blah, blah!

 I am hopeful I will get what I paid for, from him,  but I am not betting on it at the moment and that is becasue of all the broken promises and excuses he has made.

In my world, the ony thing that matters are results! He has yet to deliver them.

It took 30days from the purchase, but the seller did finally send me a key that allows me to install games. The price was 1/3 less than the other ebay sellers and for that I am greatful.....I am not happy about the shipping delays, slow shipping and the excuses. I hope he learned from his mistakes and his future sales will be trouble free!

So who is this eBay seller? Now we know he follows through with problems and that's a good thing. Maybe with his customer service improvements, another NLG member may want to contact him in the future for parts.

I, too, had problems with Mannyg2574. I never received the E-Key 7 that I purchased. He did reduce the price, but the HE double hockey sticks he put me through were not worth the discount or wait.   The end result is that I did get a refund, due to purchasing on  E-Bay, but that does not make up for the time, and effort I went through. And, I still do not have a working E-Key 7.   Apparently, mannyg2574 advertises items he does not have for sale.  All I can say is BEWARE!

Let me get them to the post office and sent officially with tracking so that there aren’t any doubts, I’m testing all ekeys with game installations and diagnostics etc so that In am sure exactly. As soon I got tracking number in hand I will forward to you. It’s 4pm here in Zapata and I don’t know if package will make it tomorrow but by Wednesday yes.

If you have gotten them to the post office and sent them next-day air, the E Key 7 should arrive tomorrow, Oct. 1, or Oct. 2nd, as planned. I will be testing the E Key when it arrives, hoping that the E Key 7 will work.

You have stated twice that in the past you have sent the E-Key, and have not. Trust and truth run together. You have until October 2nd, per EBay to get a working E Key to me. If it arrives GREAT, if it does not arrive and if it does not work, then we have another problem. I will wait until October 2nd, as the eBay contract states, and we both agreed to.

I received e-keys later than expected due to logistics. Not intentional on my part. Third party sending keys was stuck in a casino finishing a complex argos on bally v22 installation. Since I was not wanting further delay decided to go and pick up these personally just to resolve finally, currently in mexico picking up the keys and now have them. If you can simply wait til Monday it will be sent and would very much appreciate it, if not we'll go the refund route for this mishap. You should understand that sometimes things get delayed that are beyond normal control and I apologize for the situation.
