Possibility of Creating a game chest for a WMS BB2 with OLED buttons

Hello everyone,
Can I make my own game chest using the games that i already own (like dean martin and others)? If possible, what software and operating system would I need to do this? I have an WMS BB2 with OLED buttons. I was told that I could do it so long as I have an OLED panel. What size CF card do I need if I want to make only 6 games?

If you can, you would be the first to do it. I have not seen any whole made Game Chest games.
