customer got screwed

They bought the game from a shop and the shop said it worked fine. They got it home and there was no S+ MPU board inside.
The shop wont respond.

Does anyone know what SS number would be the correct one for this clown game?

That sucks.  Here's a link to the machine in the bible that lists the SS chip numbers for it:

No, it is easier at this point to populate a S+ MPU with working software and make the customer happy without the additional stress.
